Centner Wellness is a state-of-the-art holistic wellness center located on 2333 Brickell Ave in Miami, FL. The 15,000-square-foot facility boasts one of the country’s most extensive arrays of technologies and treatments. Clientele can find nutritional coaching, advanced functional medicine testing, and over 30 science-backed treatments and services that optimize the body for health and longevity.
These cutting-edge devices utilize frequency, oxygen, and scalar waves. These include soughtout devices such as the Ammortal Chamber, Hocatt, 40-unit Energy Enhancement (EE) System, VEMI, HyberT Pro, and Theta Chamber, as well as ancient modalities such as sauna and acupuncture. Many of these work synergistically to support the body’s natural ability to heal via
stress reduction, detoxification, and cellular regeneration.
The Theta Chamber is a futuristic-looking pod that helps users reduce stress and regain balance. It gently spins using vestibular motion, binaural beats, light patterns, microcurrent, and cranial-electrotherapy stimulation. The Theta Chamber quickly gets the user into a profoundly relaxing theta brainwave state (3.5-6.75 Hz), the same state practiced meditators can take years
to achieve.
Many of the treatments incorporate red light, which can increase mitochondrial output, stimulate the immune system, improve cognitive function, decrease pain, and improve joints. It also has aesthetic benefits such as improved collagen production, hair growth, and skin tone.
The facility focuses on oxygenating the body with three Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) chambers, including a pressurized room where five can take the air together in cushy loungers. Further ways to increase 02 saturation include INNER-Breath Molecular Hydrogen Water System, detoxification treatments such as EBO2 extracorporeal ozone, and pH Prescription Water, which removes 99.99% of all contaminants and infuses water with hydrogen. Centner Wellness’ next-generation gym is designed for efficient workouts with maximum results in minimum time. An on-site trainer can guide members and visitors through unique
workouts. Machines include and Oxefit, AI driven smart gym, ARX, InfraSlim, 4-in-one lower body workout and more.
Guests can dine at the Regener8 Juice Bar, which serves light, gluten-free, dairy-free, 100% organic fare. The menu includes pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, soups, salads, and specials with ingredients from Regener8 Farm & Retreat, Centner’s pesticide-free, regenerative farm in Homestead, FL.
The flagship location on Brickell is joined by Centner Wellness Edgewater at 2336 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL, a smaller, more spa-centric location and a Centner Wellness Coral Gables, a
boutique biohacking spa on 3000 Coral Way.
The center’s creator, Leila Centner, shared her health journey with guests at the grand opening, telling the emotionally charged story that led her to functional medicine and opening her own center for healing. “I was dealing with concurrent parasites, mold, and Lyme disease,” explained Centner. “My journey to cure myself took me to many different centers around the world, including two separate trips to India! I found profound healing and discovered many amazing healing modalities in these far-flung destinations. Still, I wondered why I should have to spend so much time, energy, and money flying all over the world to get well from these common ailments? I dreamed of having a place of healing with everything under one roof. The opening is a dream come true for me and I am looking forward to helping people find the profound healing that I experienced.”

a mother of two and a tireless advocate for children’s
health, incorporating a healthy lifestyle and a clean, toxinfree environment into the fabric of Centner Academy. She is a
regular public speaker on the subject of medical freedom and
holistic health and wellness. Previously, Leila was the Chief Financial Officer of Highway Toll Administration (HTA) until it was sold in March 2018. Leila graduated Magna Cum Laude from
University of Southern California’s School of Accounting and received an MBA from University of California.
